AI-native marketing infrastructure for growth brands

I've spent most of my career in digital marketing for startups and growing companies, but I started teaching myself to code in 2017 because the biggest problems I kept running into were technical: tracking that broke, reports someone had to rebuild by hand every week, and data stuck in one platform that couldn't talk to anything else.

Since then the two have merged. Today I build and run complete marketing functions for ambitious brands, from media buying to clear measurement and accountability for unit economics, and then support them with custom infrastructure like data pipelines, automated reporting and daily ad account reviews.

As we move into a new, agent-first era of knowledge work, I've been structuring all of my growth marketing expertise into an operating system of AI skills and workflows. It lets me build and run best-in-class marketing functions that used to require entire teams.

    Marketing

Paid media, analytics and websites for startups, household-name brands and my own businesses.

  2. Since 2017

Python and automation to clean up reporting and connect ad platforms to the tools my clients already use.

Latest Enhancements

  • Oct 31Alerts for every automation

Added a check-in to every scheduled automation, backup and server. If one stops, I get an alert within minutes instead of noticing a missing report days later.

  • Oct 30Microsoft Ads data on my own server

Rebuilt the daily Microsoft Ads data feed on my own automation server and cancelled the paid tool it replaced. It pulls each ad account straight from the API and alerts me on a failure instead of quietly reporting empty data.

  • Oct 30Private server for ad management software

Set up a dedicated server for my paid search management software. It's reachable only over a private network and has nightly backups with a tested restore.

  • Oct 27Inbox sorting and reply brief

Started testing an inbox sorter that posts a short brief three times a day listing which emails need a reply, so client requests don't sit unanswered.

  • Oct 22Offsite backups and server updates

Upgraded and locked down my automation server, with automatic security updates, uptime alerts and encrypted offsite backups.
